where is the best place to buy amber chunks on this website or in kamadan or in vasburg armoury? WHERE????

The best place to buy Amber Chunks would be either Kamadan or Lion's Arch if you're looking to buy them from other players.

Or farm some faction and trade it in. Can always buy from the rare material trader.

The simplest thing is to buy them from the rare material trader. They may cost a bit more that way, but you don't waste a whole lot of time trying to find a player to sell them to you, or getting Kurzick faction to buy them with.
